There are several new ships coming out beginning of 2018 and we are looking for returning/experienced Steiner staff in all modalities to be part of the set up teams and complete a full 9 month contract on them.

We are urgently seeking experienced Ionithermists (or experienced beauticians with body electrics who can come via the academy for urgent ioni training)
We have several ioni positions this side of Christmas that need filling urgently. Please respond to this post below if you can return as Ioni ASAP! If you can join a ship urgently in the next 4 weeks we may be able to offer a flight incentive. (Offer subject to availability of ioni positions and eligibility of candidate)

We are urgently looking for experienced PRINCESS spa staff in the following modalities - hairdresser, beauty, massage and fitness.
You must have worked on a Princess vessel before for at least one full contract.
You must be ready and able to join a high revenue Princess ship on 21st October. It will be a new initiative offered on Princess.

Japanese- fitness instructors, massage & beauty therapists.
Portuguese- all modalities.
Spanish- all modalities.
Filipino Massage therapists and Filipino Nail techs.

BackonBoard would like to clarify some points about a Norwegian medical. Pls see below:

1. Everyone must join a ship with a full valid medical. The medical has to be valid for your entire contract so you cannot join with an expiring one.
2. For the UK- Dr Levy in London is now the only approved UK Norwegian Maritime doctor. Do not go to any other doctor in the UK who claim they provide Norwegian Medicals. We will not accept them.
3. Depending on the cruise line and ship you go on, you may also need cruise line specific 'medical upgrade papers' in addition to your Norwegian medical. Dr Levy can provide medical upgrades as well as approved specific cruise line Maritime doctors worldwide.
4. For outside the UK you can find your nearest approved Norwegian Maritime doctor on this website: www.sjofartsdir.no

We hope this information is helpful for any returning Steiner crew. However your BackonBoard team will advise you what medical you need including any vaccinations.
