We’re pleased to announce that we have secured a new project at the Seymour Leisure Centre for our valued client Willmott Dixon Construction.

Our team will be delivering passive fire protection works across the project, including the installation of fire stopping to service pe*******ons using systems from QuelFire, along with the application of fire protection coatings to structural steel using Sherwin Williams products. 🔥🧯

🔥 Position 1: Experienced Fire Stopper
✅ What We’re Looking For:�• Minimum 3+ years experience in passive fire protection�• Proven experience with pe*******on seals, batt & mastic, fire boards, wraps, collars, etc.�• Experience working with Rockwool and Quelfire systems�• Onetrace experience (recording & compliance system)�• Blue CSCS Card (NVQ in Passive Fire Protection preferred)�• Strong understanding of fire safety regulations & compliance standards�• High attention to detail and quality workmanship�• Professional attitude & reliability�• Ability to work across multiple sites�• Team player committed to safety and high standards

🎁 What We Offer (Fire Stoppers):�• £200 – £220 per day (depending on experience)�• Travel covered�• All necessary tools provided�• PPE provided�• Long-term, consistent projects�• Real career progression opportunities

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our growing Fire Door Division.

The Role
You will lead the pre-construction element of assigned projects, maintaining strong cost analysis, technical delivery and supporting excellent client relationships throughout the tender process.

Key Responsibilities:
🔥 Managing all estimating aspects of projects, technical queries, negotiation, Contract Sum Analysis and Pre-Start processes.
🔥 Ensuring accurate take offs, bids and technical knowledge.
🔥 Working closely with Contract Managers, Commercial Managers, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure competitive pricing and excellent customer service is delivered.
🔥 Identifying and implementing process improvements and best practices
🔥 Supporting compliance with all relevant regulatory, contractual, and safety standards

About You
🔥 Proven experience within the construction industry (experience in Passive Fire Protection is advantageous)
🔥 Background in Estimating Fire Doors
🔥 Good working knowledge of construction contracts (JCT and/or NEC preferred)
🔥 Strong estimating awareness with excellent attention to detail
🔥 Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
🔥 Proficient in excel
🔥 Proactive, solutions-focused approach to work
