Meet our Clients Series!!
Hi! I’m Paul. Having had previous lower back issues I knew I had to strengthen my core, and improve my overall posture and flexibility. Pilates was my first option, knowing that friends and family have done it and seen some great self-body improvement.
Having tried a few Pilates studio – Precision Pilates stood out to me. The teachers are attentive, very personable and tailor things exactly to what you need. Equipment is varied, enabling you to develop, grow your strength and push your limits.
Sara and Sasha are friendly, and exceptionally approachable…..always great for a chit chat! – and always correcting you when you are going wrong and telling you to breath!
My favourite exercise?! Sounds simple – but stretching on the equipment has helped make me more flexible and supple. Being able to touch my feet and do various stretches has surprised me……maybe not doing ‘splits’ just yet – but who knows.
If I miss class the ability to continue my stretching in an environment that always ensures I am being informed and advised if my technique is right….and of course the continuous reminders to breath (properly)….which I find so critical.

If you are thinking that Pilates is not for you – give it a go. I have always been told your back, core and knees are the most important parts of your body that you need to strengthen and maintain as you grow older – and Pilates is a great way to do this! I started Pilates in my 40’s – but your never too young or old to start – and the team at Pilates Precision: Sasha, Sara and Gillian are great!
