This patient presented today with acute low back pain. We took some before and after photos to see if his spinal flexion was easier and happier at the end of treatment compared to when we started.
After consultation and osteopathic examination I treated him using some passive hip and lumbar spine mobilisations, soft tissue massage and gave him some exercise advice. The difference in range of movement and pain following treatment was quite significant!
