Tightness or Pain in the lower and upper back is something many of us experience as we go about our daily lives. Poor posture plays a big role in this, and stress and tension can add up, too!
This is a healing sequence that focuses not just on the body but also on the mind. The practice includes a guided meditative approach, with a little meditation before and after we move. I hope you enjoy this journey together! 😊

Finding the proper alignment is vital to enjoying the benefits of this pose - the King of Yoga Asana.

4 key areas to focus on for a balanced and safe headstand:
1️⃣ Legs Together: Keep your legs straight and together.
2️⃣ Engage Thighs and Quadriceps: Engage to help lift and lengthen your legs.
3️⃣ Arm and Shoulder Engagement: Keep your shoulders away from your ears, creating space and ease within your arm and shoulder areas.
4️⃣ Elbow Alignment: Your elbow should be shoulder-width apart and pointing forward.

Yoga isn't about perfection. It's about the journey. It takes a lifetime to truly experience the eight limbs of yoga. Along the way, we'll stumble and make mistakes, and it's all part of the process of being human.
