You may be experiencing some discomfort during pregnancy or want to know how you’re doing physically post birth. Having a thorough assessment can help you be more aware of what is going on in your body so you can feel more confident doing the activities you like. Jelly Belly is a team of qualified, experienced pre/post natal exercise specialists who are passionate about providing safe and effective training sessions for women who are either pregnant, have just had their baby or are still experiencing post-natal issues further along the line. Each pregnancy, delivery and recovery is unique so we aim to facilitate your individual needs with exercise that works for you.

We offer Personal Training in your home or local park, NCT group training, Pregnancy Fit classes, Physio + Restore course, Post-natal Fit classes and Outdoor park classes.
