During my life journey I have helped many individuals to succeed in feeling confident, empowered, loved and ready to be a life creator, without compromising their heart desires. I continue doing this through my one-on-one coaching and through the INNER FIRE Community, INNER FIRE Show, and the INNER FIRE It Is learning platform. My mission is to help you access tools, strategies and inner guidance through which you will embrace your magnificent self and progressively fulfill your life with everything you desire to be, achieve, have and experience. Everything you must have to love your life is already in you. Sometimes you may not be able to see it and my job is to unleash that inner fire within. My aim is to show you how you can be a creator of your life, able to react in an emotionally healthy way to any circumstances, feeling happy and unstoppable.

Being stressed is very easy and almost in fashion in our life time. There are so many stressors all around, and for me specifically, it's the feeling of being overwhelmed with the daily responsibilities, and if I'm not well organised, with no -care time at all...Enough to turn and twist my thoughts and slip into a stress producing, self-damaging mental machine.

Here are 3 ways which help me quickly get out of stress, before it becomes changing how I see my life, the world and myself:

☘1. I remind myself that it's not the situation/experience that is causing stress but my perception of it. SHIFTING PERCEPTION is what I do next.

☘2. I ensure nonreactivy but rather I respond from a deeper inner perspective. To STOP the reaction before it happens, I litreally need to stop! I take 2 min to do a short breathwork and while it calms me down, it helps me to catch an emotional objectivism of the situation. This strenghtens my ability to shift how I perceive what's happening.

☘3. I drop judgment and I reach for gratitude, to elevate my energy to a higher level (stress drags it down). I say to myself: "I appreciate this suffering experience as this is an opportunity to practice my inner strength."

When my 4 year old son is screeming in the morning that he doesn't want to get dressed and go to preschool because he wants to play at home, while we have 10 min to leave the house, I can get really stressed and angry, shouting that he must dress now (happened before and things get worse) or I can STOP, breathe, and instead overreacting, I can see this as an opportunity to connect with him. I turn my understanding on, look through his eyes. We play together while I find a way to incorporate getting dressed and leaving the house into the play. Instead of tears and anger, we have joy, love and a desited result.

Life is full of magic moments. To notice them (maybe write them down) is possibly as beneficial as writing gratitude lists 😊.

When you feel stressed, sad, dissapointed with yourself or in any way down searching your memory (or notebook) for magic moments really helps to see how much abundance is already in your life.

This time for me it was the abundance of love. I'm blessed with a son who sees hearts everywhere. One walking love he is! 😃❤

When I record episodes for the Insight Out Living Challenge I am always energised, enjoying myself and feeling the sense of purpose. This is my 'feeling good' space. One of many...and this is how happiness happens.

Always keep yourself in a place of feeling good. Don't do anything that you don't really want to. Delegate such tasks as much as possible. Nothing is more important then that you're feeling good. When you're not there, search for a thought that feels better. Always upgrade your thinking, until it helps you to feel good.
