There is something very interesting I wanted to share with you all today.
As some of you know, me along with other partners are taking part in Metamorphosis London, a 12 weeks body makeover programme.
A group of individuals was chosen to change lives by challenging their unfit life style, bad food habits, gain confidence as well as improve general look, all under a team of specialist in London and completely free of charge. In return they get a ''NEW ME''.
