Pentru ce sunt bune si cm le folosim?

Lamaia are un continut bogat in acid citric, acid malic, vitamina C, potasiu, flavonoide si acid folic. De asemenea, contine multa apa, vitamina A, vitamina E, vitamina B6, vitamina B 12, calciu, fier, fosfor, sodiu, magneziu si foarte putine proteine si grasimi.

Este folosita cel mai adesea pentru a trata urmatoarele:

🍋tulburari digestive - sucul de lamaie adaugat intr-o cana cu apa sau ceai imbunatateste digestia, previne arsurile gastrice si este eficient impotriva constipatiei.
🍋raceala si gripa - datorita continutului mare de vitamina C, lamaia este un leac eficient impotriva racelii si gripei. Sucul de lamaie provoaca transpiratia si reduce febra.
infectii ale gatului - sucul de lamaie are
🍋actiune bactericida si lupta cu infectiile;
🍋hipertensiune arteriala - datorita continutului de potasiu, vitamina C si acid folic, lamaia imbunatateste sanatatea inimii, previne hipertensiunea arteriala, ameteala si greata;
🍋litiaza renala - limonada concentrata si maceratul de lamaie previn si trateaza pietrele la rinichi, d**a cm arata unele studii;
🍋reumatism - lamaia are proprietati diuretice si ajuta in tratamentul reumatismelor articulare;
🍋hemoragii interne - datorita actiunii sale antiseptice, lamaia poate opri, de exemplu, sangerarile nazale;
🍋arsuri solare - sucul de lamaie, aplicat in zonele afectate cu ajutorul unui tampon de bumbac, ajuta la vindecarea arsurilor solare.
