Emotional healing has to do with understanding and processing emotions from the past which have been swept under the rug for too long. Even if the memories are traumatic, a deep sense of peace will still come afterward.
When we're burdened by emotional pain, we usually mess up all areas of our life. What we attract to us mirrors our pains and sorrows as well as what we (unconsciously) believe we deserve.
The universe is wise and brings us what resonates with our frequency and what we need to transmute and surpass the pain that we carry. Carl Jung said, “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”
Therefore, if you feel the burden of emotional pain (and who doesn't?) and are stuck in a loop of repeating patterns, it’s essential that you do the work on yourself in order to stir and change (for the better) your life and relationships.
