Allow me to re-introduce myself. I’m Dr Lana.

If you’re new here (or just forgot my face because the algorithm is rude), here is the 30-second tour:

Why am I here?
Because from childhood right into my early 20s, I spent years fighting a war with my body, losing and regaining the same weight, getting heavier each time, and waiting for life to start “when I become thin.”

Did it work? LOL.

So I stopped the punishment, actively removed the diet culture rules from my brain, and used a whole lot of kindness (plus some actual science) to heal my mind and my metabolism. 10 years later, the weight is gone, but the joy and freedom with food and my body is the best win.

I’m here to help you achieve the same.
I exist on this app to prove that you can be healthy, lose weight, and enjoy an awkward amount of garlic bread at the same time.
