Allow me to re-introduce myself. I’m Dr Lana.

Why am I here?
Because from childhood right into my early 20s, I spent years fighting a war with my body, losing and regaining the same weight, getting heavier each time, and waiting for life to start “when I become thin.”
Did it work? LOL.

So I stopped the punishment, actively removed the diet culture rules from my brain, and used a whole lot of kindness (plus some actual science) to heal my mind and my metabolism. 10 years later, the weight is gone, but the joy and freedom with food and my body is the best win.
I’m here to help you achieve the same.
