If you ever feel faint during your injectables appointment , or anytime your blood sugar or blood pressure decides to take a dramatic holiday, here’s a life hack: put your legs up. Like, straight-up “I’m auditioning for a mannequin” energy.

Seriously — legs up = more blood heading back to your brain = fewer chances of you becoming the main character in a slow-motion fainting video.

Extra pro tips for maximum survival:
• Eat something beforehand so your blood sugar doesn’t ghost you.
• Breathe like a normal human, not a panicked vacuum cleaner.
• Look away from the needle unless you enjoy emotional turbulence.

Remember: you’re not weak, you’re just running on “low battery mode.” Recharge, elevate those legs, and carry on like the dramatic icon you are.

🧬 Which would you choose?

💦 Personally, I opt for a denser viscosity product, I prefer the XL as it’s stronger and the results are more effective.

💉I started having the XL about two years ago, I have it around the lower face - I have really loved the improvements around my mid/lower face (outside the marionette lines)… it’s helped with signs of ageing/gravity from skins loss of elasticity
