There's no suffering in vain.
If you're struggling, first take care of yourself, do things that nourish you, slow down, stop, reach out to your loved ones and your sources of inspiration, listen to yourself and honour it.

When you are more stable, work on your acceptance and openess to what is. Ask yourself "why is this happening now? What is calling for my attention? What needs to be moved and let go? What is the lesson behind this?". Stay with the question for a bit, journal, then drop the question and let it go.

Pay attention to thoughts, conversations, synchronicities, insights, and your intuition.

Be patient and compassionate to yourself.
Keep going and the answers will come in their time. Not when you want, but when you're ready to receive it.

Let the struggle be your teacher, the darkness become light.

The change of seasons is the perfect time to step back, put ourselves into perspective, connect within, and ask: Is this rhythm serving me? Is it healthy? Is it what my body needs? Is it sustainable?

There's no right or wrong answer. Your higher self, God/Goddess, intuition, Heart, will tell you what you need.

After listening, we need to honour and trust that the answer we get is the best course of action at this moment.

Otherwise, we might enforce a pace against our nature, leading to depletion, frustration, anxiety, burnout, injuries, and sickness.

Don't wait for an external factor to force you to slow down or to pick up the pace. Rather, give yourself permission to listen and allow the change to occur.

How to let go of fear, doubt, and disbelief. Developing a supporting and healthy Mind.

When experiencing hardship (challenges, depression, anxiety, acute stress, etc.) it's common for the mind to create impairing narratives and if we are not present, we identify with these narratives, becoming our reality.

It's extremely important to remember that we don't know what the future holds and what life is bringing our way. We cannot imagine how different, better, healthier and more powerful we can feel.

Therefore, we need to let go of the limitations imposed by our own Minds. We need to be humble and remember that we don't know what the future brings. Everything is possible.

The first step is to let go of what is not serving us such as Fear, Doubt, and Disbelief. Then we can start opening ourselves to possibilities, to the potential of change. Trusting and Believing that things can and will change.

Don't trust your Eyes and your Mind so much - This is a perfect example of how our mind and our eyes can deceive us. Providing a distorted - and in some cases, erroneous - perception of reality.

It happens all the time.

We have way other options to experience life which can be much more beneficial to us than just these two.

May this be a reminder that you can also sense and experience life through your Body and through your Heart.

Check how much you use just one or two of your senses and much you ignore others. And find the middle ground.

There's no right or wrong. Just play with it and give yourself the chance to experience life in a more wholesome way.

Through this practice, we hone our capacity to observe whatever is taking place within ourselves without reacting or engaging with it.

In this way, we develop our ability to respond to whatever we are experiencing in a supportive, healthy and conscious way, instead of reacting and letting a sensation or emotion take the wheel of our journey.

You are not your thoughts. You are not your emotions.
You can observe them. Therefore your true/real self is beyond that. It's wiser, bigger, stronger, and more powerful than whatever you are thinking or feeling.

It also introduces an important concept, "Resistance", which can prevent you from engaging in activities that will bring you joy, empowerment, learning, wisdom, connection, and so on, if you let it dictate your choices.

Mindfulness is about creating space for what is showing up moment by moment regardless of how we label it. It's about developing new relationships with the full scope of being human, the wanted and unwanted sensations, feelings and emotions.

It's about welcoming whichever guest comes, knowing that they will bring something for us to see and to work on, knowing that they won't stay forever, but change and transform into something different as the only constant in life is change.

It's about being aware of what's happening internally, bringing consciousness and light to it.

We cannot get rid of the unwanted, the obstacles and challenges. All we can do is learn how to navigate through life in more supportive and open ways, listening, learning and growing.

This is just the beginning 🙏
