✨We had the chance to give back to our community and couldn’t be more thrilled to help out with the Langley Park Girls School 2023 prom! Alongside other businesses in the Beckenham area, we’ve donated 20 new vases and gorgeous bouquets (hand tied and made by ) for their table place settings to help with the decor.

Thanks to these amazing women and wider community, we know these young women will have a good time tonight and thank you for letting us be a part of their happiness.

We're thrilled to announce that our Founder has been awarded SE London Yoga "Practitioner of the Year"! We've been quietly working on our brands "Young Yogi" franchise and "Guru Pro" App and appreciate the recognition of our efforts to bring yoga to everyone. Hooray!

Commentary From the judges:

Trinity Yoga is a Bromley-based business committed to making transformative changes to lives. Alongside delivering adult classes in hired spaces across the area, Trinity Yoga teaches children through its Young Yogis afterschool programme. As an introduction to yoga, it includes poses, meditation, and breath work, encouraging flexibility and self-awareness from a
young age. Furthermore, Trinity Yoga is developing its own mobile app, GuruPro, which is designed to connect teachers and studios.

The judges were impressed by the cumulative effect Trinity Yoga has on its clients’ inner and outer energy. The classes are progressive and have been purposefully designed to build on one another, so yoga enthusiasts can expect to gain strength, flexibility and focus by undertaking the lessons regularly.

Young Yogis kids club is at Harris Academy Beckenham.

Have your child join us on the mat on Saturday's from 9:00am - 10:00am from the 1st of April.

Young Yogis kids club introduces children to yoga by teaching fun traditional poses for strength and gentle meditation and mindfulness techniques to help centre and leave children feeling happy, calm and balanced. Yoga encourages flexibility and self awareness and is be a great supportive exercise to prevent injuries and support children's growing bodies who are active on other dynamic sports such as gymnastics, swimming, football and rugby.

We provide support equipment and mats for everyone. We provide support for parents too, you can enrol your child now and pay-in-3 instalments.

Young Yogis Kids Club is now at Harris Academy Beckenham and open to kids age 5 - 11.

Young Yogis offers children an introduction to all things yoga: yoga asanas (poses), meditation, breath work and more. Yoga encourages flexibility and self awareness and is a great secondary supportive exercise to prevent injuries and support children's growing bodies who are active on other dynamic sports such as gymnastics, swimming, football and rugby.

The club runs for one hour with our first session starting from the Saturday 1st of April - 27th May 2023.

Club sessions: 1 hour on Saturday mornings 9:00am - 10:00am

We provide support equipment and mats for everyone. We provide support for parents too, pay-in-3 instalment option is available.

GuruPro App - Beta Testers wanted!

Have you experienced the headache of trying to find a teacher to cover your classes, teach at your retreat or your studio? Often times, you have to ensure they are on the payroll, have the right qualifications, insurances, have knowledge of the style of teaching needed, and are able to get to your location AND find the right platform to post a notice! Then the nail-biting waiting game begins...

We've developed an app that cuts through all of that and are in need of Beta-testers to help us ensure we're ticking all the right boxes and meeting the needs of both Instructors and the wider yoga loving community.

For the month of October only, bring a friend and they can join you in class for free at Venue 28, 7:30pm on Tuesdays! Classes run on Tuesday's: 4th, 11th, and 18th at 7:30pm for 1 hour. Beginners and experienced yogis go free. Class spaces are limited so book today!

It is with great sadness that we share our deepest condolences at the passing of our Queen and longest reigning Monarch, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

May she forever rest in peace.
