Anna Cortesi is a Clinical Dietitian and Lifestyle Nutritionist, registered with the Health Professions Council and the British Dietetic Association in the UK. She currently serves as the President of the Cyprus Organization of Mediterranean Diet and she actively promotes evidence-based wellness practices and the science of Nutritional Biohacking. Anna’s work has been widely recognized, with features in both national and local media, as well as through her own successful nutrition magazines and TV appearances. She is also a PhD candidate at the Medical School of Athens, conducting clinical research focused on Advanced Glycation End Products (AGEs), Geriatrics, and Anti-Aging. In her free time, Anna is deeply committed to self-care and personal development. She channels her creativity and passion into authoring books, developing impactful social media content, and pursuing cutting-edge nutrition research.

If you’re busy and still want to stick to your fat loss goal, try this easy one-pan meal with minimal prep, but max flavour:

Roasted Chicken & Veg Tray Bake 👌

You’ll need:

2 chicken thighs or breasts (skinless)

1 medium potato, chopped

1 small eggplant, chopped

2 carrots, sliced

Olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika

➡️ How to make it:

Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).

Toss everything in olive oil + seasonings.

Spread on a baking tray.

Roast for 30–35 mins, flipping halfway.

No fuss, no babysitting the stove.
Make extra and you’ve got lunch sorted too.

Anna Cortesi - Lifestyle Nutrition

I Know IT’S POSSIBLE to create anything in life.

Although I have coached thousands of clients worldwide, ironically, a few years ago I was overweight, depressed and undernourished from constantly depriving myself of the foods I loved. I absolutely hated my body and curves but thankfully, this motivated me to find a way to help myself and others like me. Having obtained a first degree in Food Design & Technology, I developed a true understanding of how ingredients combine to form appealing, nutritional meals. This helped me to not only overcome my food obsessions but also acted as a springboard to further my education in this field with a second degree in Dietetics & Nutrition and a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition.

Today, as a Personal Nutrition Coach, I specialize in the psychology of eating and the female body. I am passionate about teaching women all over the world how to transform their body and way of thinking through personalized nutrition that suits their working hours, eating habits and overall lifestyle.
