Contrary to what’s been advised in the past about Salt being bad for us I believe (from researching) that Celtic Sea Salt has many benefits.
Whenever I drink water I always add half a teaspoon of Celtic Sea Salt and I’m working my way up to a full teaspoon.
I’ve actually gotten so used to it now I can’t taste it.
Do you suffer with aching joints, fibromyalgia, Arthritis, bloating? …
Celtic Sea Salt I believe, is the best salt you can buy, here’s just some of its benefits:
🧂Because it provides Potassium and Magnesium (and numerous other trace elements) it can help with cramps and aching joints.
🧂 It aids digestion by stimulating the production of digestive enzymes therefore helping to breakdown complex carbohydrates in grains.
🧂 It can be used as an exfoliate as the salt itself acts as a disinfectant, whilst the trace essential minerals acts as a balm to injured skin bringing down inflammation.
🧂 Whilst Himalayan Salt contains more potassium, Celtic Sea Salt has less Sodium, and more Calcium and Magnesium.
🧂Celtic Sea Salt helps to lower high blood pressure because it has 82 minerals in a balanced form.
🧂 It helps to maintain hydration, nerve and muscle function AND pH balance.
And sooo many other benefits that I haven’t mentioned.
* For people with a history of heart disease, or for those who are at high risk for heart disease, the maximum limit is considered 1,500mg a day.
