You don’t have to keep working on yourself. It’s tiring. There’s no end. But worse its has this quiet way of stealing your sense of self. Most of us only have an inner voice or ways of rejecting who we are. That’s how we learnt to change. It can be so hard wired that we barely notice we are doing it. The only process I’ve ever experienced that truly unwires this constant pressure to be ‘better’ is breathwork because it works at the level of the body, it gets past the parts of us that want to figure it all out by just working harder. When we learn to be with our selves while gently consciously breathing. It’s a simple method with profound results. You are magnificent and I really want all of us leaders, self development hustlers, conscious parents, and creatives to feel it in our bones just how powerful and beautiful we are. For anyone who this resonates with that wants to go deeper I’m going to be sharing an offering soon. So watch this space x

Sometimes the words connection, belonging, or even personal growth can spark a quiet voice of self-criticism.

We think: “I’m terrible at staying in touch.”
“I withdraw when I’m struggling.”
“I’m just not good at community.”

But what if you already practice connection in small, beautiful ways without even realizing it?

Maybe it’s the voice note you send to a friend.
The way you sit with yourself when things feel heavy.
The safety you feel in smaller groups.

These are not failures at connection.
They are part of your unique way of being in community.

And when we bring our attention to them,
something shifts.

✨ In my upcoming masterclass, Transformation Through Connection, we’ll explore how true change comes not by bullying ourselves into change but by deepening into the ways we already know how to connect.

Honestly?
Being in community and creating connection brings up feelings for most of us.

It’s easy to believe that connection should be effortless…
But the truth is, it often stirs tenderness.
Fear. Longing. Old stories.
And that’s not something we override.

That’s something we meet.

When we bring gentle attention to what arises in us around connection
whether it’s discomfort, hesitation, or the urge to pull away
we are already connecting… to ourselves.

And from that place - honest, embodied, and, tender
we can begin to explore:

- What does connection feel like for me right now?
- What’s one thing I might offer to community, just as I am?

It’s not about doing more.
It’s about beginning from where you already are.

You don’t have to be “good at” connection.
You get to just be in practice, with yourself, with others, with life.

What does community look like for you today?
Even just being quiet witness counts.

Disconnection might be something you don't always tune into, it might be something you are deeply aware off and try to avoid, it might be something you are in pain about right now. What ever it might be for you in this moment. Its ok.

What would it be like to meet it with kindness, with understanding with compassion? Because connection is the place we heal but its also the place we get hurt. Yet we are all deserving of connection. We all need connection to live and in fact when we are able to tap into connection within ourselves we can actually tune into the deeper truth that we are already connected.

Would love to hear how you flow with connection and disconnection. What are your default ways of responding when you notice disconnection in your life? If you want to go deeper on this topic come join us in the free Co Inq community - Link in the bio - would love to have you there ❤️

Transformation through connection isn’t just about being surrounded by people—it’s about noticing the ways we allow ourselves to be supported and how we show up for others.

Maybe you find it easier to ask for help when you are struggling than it is to ask someone to celebrate with you. To say, ‘I did something amazing today, will you be excited with me?’ or ‘I have this wild dream, can you just hold space for it without questioning how realistic it is?’

Why is that kind of support sometimes the hardest to ask for?

Because being celebrated requires us to be seen—not just in our struggles, but in our expansion. And that can feel vulnerable.

Inside the Co-Inquiry Community, we explore the layers of connection—how we give and receive support, what holds us back from deeper connection, and how we can expand our capacity to be witnessed, even in our joy.

💭 What’s one way you wish you could receive support more often? Drop a 💫 in the comments—I’d love to hear.

✨ Belonging isn’t something we have to earn. We inherently BELONG ✨

And yet, so many of us move through the world feeling like we don’t quite fit—like we’re on the outside looking in. We question if we’re wanted, if we’re welcome, if we truly have a place.

But what if belonging isn’t something we find "out there"—but something we cultivate inside?

When we carry an internal, felt sense of belonging, everything shifts. We move through the world with more ease, more confidence. We trust ourselves. We feel at home in our own skin, no matter where we are. And ironically, the more we feel that deep belonging within, the more open and available we become for real connection.

In a world that moves fast, that often feels surface-level and isolating, spaces of deep connection matter more than ever.

That’s why Co*inquiry exists. A space where we can explore what it really means to belong—to ourselves, to each other, to something bigger.

Curious? Come join us. Let’s explore this together.

At some point, you learned to hold it all inside. To carry the weight alone. To just keep pushing through, because who else was really there?

Maybe you reached out, but it didn’t land the way you needed it to. Maybe life showed you that no one was coming. And so, over time, you learned to just do it alone.

But here’s the truth: you actually can’t.

Not because you’re weak. But because we are wired for connection. Your body, your nervous system—it was never meant to heal or transform in isolation. Felt safety is what allows real, embodied change.

I know talking about connection on social media can feel strange. We’re “connected” all the time, yet so many of us feel more alone than ever. But real connection is still possible. Even here. Even now.

Not through more scrolling. But through engaging, showing up, allowing yourself to be seen.

This is what we’re doing inside CoInquiry. It’s not just another space—it’s a place where connection becomes transformation. If you’re tired of doing it alone, come join us. 💛

Being in connection with others is a deep human need. 🫂

Its a necessity for our health and well being.

Sometimes even thinking about reaching out for connection can be hard at times.

This is your invitation to take the time to just give yourself so much compassion, care and grace for all the times you have feared reaching out or making that step towards connection.

✨At Co*inquiry we put connection and compassion at the heart of all we do. Come join us!

You really, really don’t have to do it all alone. 🤍

I know how easy it is to feel like you should be able to hold everything on your own. Like if you just tried harder, figured it out faster, or were somehow “better,” you wouldn’t need anyone.

But the truth? You were never meant to carry it all by yourself.

Your nervous system is wired for connection—it’s not just a nice idea, it’s biology. You are designed to co-regulate with others, to be seen, held, and supported.

When we don’t have that, life feels heavier than it should. We struggle to feel safe, to fully exhale. We stay stuck in cycles of stress, overthinking, or burnout—not because we’re failing, but because we’re missing what we were always meant to have: connection.

Connection is the doorway to felt safety. And felt safety is what allows real healing, transformation, and lasting change.

So, if you’re feeling the weight of everything today… if it feels like too much, like you’re carrying it all alone—this is your reminder: you don’t have to.

You don’t have to hold it all by yourself.
You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
You don’t have to be “strong” in the way the world has told you.

✨ Come be in community where you can exhale, be seen, and be held. You don’t have to do this alone. The link is in my bio. 🤍
