Sage advice…🙏🏼✨
“I’m trying so hard to fix myself but I’m going nowhere.” I hear this so often now, people experiment with diets, cleanses etc. I was entangled in that for a long time back when I started my healing journey. Now I know there’s a simple 3-step system:
❤️ Forget all the details, get out of the branches and into the root. And that means get your morning right. You need to detach, to get an observation of yourself that has nothing to do with the outer world. Establish the feeling of independence. If you get sucked straight into the external (phones, people, news, work, worry, grudges) emotional entanglement can loop. Like you start thinking about a trigger person as soon as you wake up, and you can get trapped in that all day. Think: ‘return to the womb’ as the Taoists say. That’s like going through the tunnel back to the start. I use breath for this. Basically you either ‘feel’ detachment or you chase it endlessly with your mind.
☯️ Then exercise your core (abdominal muscles). When your core functions effectively, you get sweet Spleen / Stomach balance & nutrient assimilation, rather than leaky gut (the going nowhere feel), and nice nourishing chi flowing to your Heart, the seat of your soul. Something has to power your journey, and this is the fuel extraction process you need to follow and realize your soul’s mission! This is how to kickstart going somewhere!
🌿Take medicinal Chinese herbs to treat immediate symptoms, like lack of energy (a big one lately), anxiety, insomnia etc
👆Do these 3 essential steps every morning and you will start going somewhere. You will see a path, doors will open, opportunities will arise, support will appear. It’s a promise of the universe, and proven in my own personal journey, and I’ve seen it work in everyone who does it and that’s been the case over 40 years of clinical practice.
