I’ve worked with so many high achievers who quietly carry the belief that something must be wrong with them, simply because they feel deeply.
They’ve learnt to hold it all in, stay composed and in control. But the cost is a constant undercurrent of pressure that never really goes away.
What I’ve seen again and again is this:
It’s not about fixing yourself but learning how to be with what you feel, without fear or judgment.
That’s where the shift happens and where calm begins.
