We completely agree with you, the child-safety locking pipettes are annoying. We have listened to what you’ve told us about them and the overall majority preferred the old design of the simple screw tops. So from now on, every single bottle that goes out the door will have the simple screw tops on them making it less fiddly in the mornings 😊
Thank you for the feedback, it allows us to keep improving and growing as a company. We will always take whatever you have to say on-board and continue to try and deliver the best customer experience possible.
(On a side note, if you know anyone buying 2000 child-locking safety pipettes, send them our way 😉)
