🫄🏾🍔🍟🥞🍩🧁🍪

I kept getting this dry, flaky patch on my hand.

It’d come, disappear… then come back again.

Turns out, it was flaring every time I overdid the sugar

When you eat too much sugar, a few things happen:
• Gut bacteria shift
• Inflammation rises
• Your skin gets the message

Mine came as a random dry patch. For others, it’s eczema or acne.

I cleaned up my meals, cut back on sugar, and supported my gut.

The skin flare?
It chilled out too.

If your skin’s acting weird and you’ve ruled out soaps…

Check your gut.
Check your sugar.

Your skin might be telling you more than you think.

Yogurt’s a bit more sour than milk, and that helps your body soak up the calcium and magnesium better—good for strong bones and muscles.

Throw it in with some fruit, oats, or even a slice of plantain if that’s your vibe. Simple and good for you!

Chloride is a mineral found in food. It is an essential electrolyte that helps maintain fluid balance, acid-base balance, and proper nerve and muscle function.

Chloride is usually consumed as part of sodium chloride (table salt) or found naturally in foods like seaweed, tomatoes, celery, and olives.
