What are your plans for new year. If your plans are to get active here are a few tips. 85% of people don't commit to new year plans properly therefore try planing well i.e 12 weeks of fitness plans dates time exercises ect. Secondly don't try to change your whole life style because this will be short lived and hard to follow. Set your self realistic goals that can be achieved this will help keep the motivation up. Finally if you can do it with a friend or as a group because research has shown that people who do it as group are more likely to succeed. Happy new year, Regards ht-health
