Welcome to you all and thank you for joining my page.
This is a safe space and you are welcome to ask any questions about teen behaviour. I work in a high level home with young people and it’s always tough this time of year for them.
As Christmas is upon us, stress can be higher than usual, in anticipation of a family gathering.
If your teen is causing you to worry about them, or displaying concerning behaviour, what is your first place to reach out for help?
