π This week, try adding a small step to this. Spend some time in nature, notice the greenness of the trees, the sounds of the birds chirping, the coolness of a breeze.
Canβt go out in nature this week? Thatβs OK. Try bringing a little bit of nature indoors to you. π± Or you can try a creative outlet such as dancing, writing, singing, or drawing.
