I hope everyone's week is getting off to a great start. I had a day off work yesterday to attend a conference and the difference it's made to my energy levels and ability to get through and enjoy my day has been amazing! I love getting to work in mental health and help people, but you cannot help anyone if you don't first take care of yourself!
