A supportive group coaching space that guides you from isolation to meaningful connection through a transformative journey. 📍Coaching with Consciousness in Mind 📍

INpact Coaching is a 1:1 coaching and group coaching programme designed to guide individuals through life-changing events, empowering them to achieve self-fulfilment and emotional prosperity. Over the past decade, I have acquired transformative knowledge and skills that revolutionised my mindset and enabled me to take charge of my life. What began as a dark journey following a mental breakdown became a path to overcoming chronic depression and anxiety, redefining my identity, and aligning with my true purpose. When I discovered coaching as my calling, I made a heartfelt vow: once I had reclaimed my emotional and mental well-being and completed my coaching training qualifications, I would dedicate my career to inspiring and supporting others, helping them keep their dreams and aspirations firmly in sight. As a transformational life coach, my mission is to help you navigate life’s transitions, embark on a journey of self-discovery, and pave the way to enlightenment—so you too can live with purpose. No matter your past, the present offers you the power to rewrite your story. We all deserve freedom—not just mental and emotional freedom but spiritual liberation, enabling us to live up to our fullest potential.

**What I offer:**
If you’re grappling with challenges such as a career change, long-term unemployment, isolation, burnout, lone parenthood, anxiety, low confidence or self-esteem, weight loss struggles, depression, spiritual transformation, or if you have been a victim of domestic abuse, financial abuse, or romance fraud—you are not alone. Connect today and rediscover the essence of who you are.

December blues..💭

After the rush of December, everything suddenly goes quiet.

For many people, that quietness can bring a dip in mood that’s hard to shake, not to mention work feeling heavier than usual, or the weight of unemployment making the days feel even longer.

For a lot of people, the weeks after a family gathering or the festive season can feel strangely heavy.

If you find yourself moving through a low patch or a depressive phase, you’re genuinely not the only one feeling that way. Over the past few weeks, I’ve connected with many people feeling similarly.

In my work as a transformational life coach, I spend a lot of time with people who feel isolated or stuck, and I know how real these moments can be.

My role is simply to walk alongside you and help things feel a little lighter.

If you’re craving steadiness, clarity, or simply someone to talk things through with, I offer 1:1 coaching that meets you exactly where you are.

No need for pressure, no performance, no “new year, new you” energy. Just clarity and fresh ideas.

If you’re curious about whether this kind of support could help you ease into the year with a bit more lightness, you’re welcome to reach out for a chat.

❣️ OCD Awareness Week - OCD & Isolation❣️

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder isn’t just about repetitive thoughts — it’s a mental war that can quietly isolate.

When compulsions feel too intense or misunderstood, many retreat. Not out of choice, but out of fear, shame, or exhaustion.

Isolation makes it worse.

Intrusive thoughts grow louder. Support feels distant. Healing feels impossible.

But silence is OCD’s ally. Connection is its antidote.

Let’s talk. Let’s listen. Let’s make space.

💫Speed the Awareness Forward💫

‘Today is World Mental Health Day’

It’s time.
Time to share.
Time to discuss.
Time to unite.

Whether you prefer to do this quietly or with friends and family or colleagues, today is a great reminder to prioritise your Mental health. Although the subject itself has become globally more accepted, too many still suffer in silence, still weighed down by stigma, shame, or fear.

Today, we open the door to honest conversations, safe spaces, and real support. Call one another, cry it out, listen or just meditate in your safe space.

Your health matters.
Our health matters.
Every voice, every story, every struggle—matters.

Together, we can build a world where mental health is understood, respected, and prioritized. Not just today—but every day.

Five top tips to provide yourself some grace:

❗️Emotional Detox ✨
Turn off notifications, step away from screens, and reconnect with your thoughts or surroundings.

❗️Self-Compassion ✨
Write a letter to yourself, list things you’re proud of, paint/ draw, dance or simply reflect on how you’ve grown.

❗️Comfort Rituals ✨
Brew your favourite hot drink, light a candle, listen to music or wrap yourself in a blanket—whatever makes you feel safe and held.

❗️Gratitude Practice ✨
List three things you’re grateful for today, including about yourself. Reach out to someone to thank them for something specific.

❗️Mental Health Check-In ✨
Get into the habit of self-awareness Ask yourself anything such as: “How am I really feeling?” “What do I need right now?” and/ or “What do I need to change to bring me closer to what I desire?”

I love how in coaching we initially focus on ‘being’ rather than ‘doing’. Our internal mental wellbeing is the core foundation to everything we do externally.

📍April 2025📍

End of April marks 5 years since I gave up smoking! Although I attempted to give up previously and relapsed after 3 years, I knew this time was different. So what did I learn and how did I do it ?

1. When I relapsed I didn’t fail, rather, I learned how to give up differently on the next attempt

2. To listen to my body. My chest was alerting me every now and then. I knew the cause and the effect.Taking action was up to me

3. There’s no such things as “just one cigarette” 🙄 😂 in fact that’s how I knew I wasn’t serious about quitting. There was a need to give up but not yet a reason. It took me a while to realise the difference

4. Cravings are merely built up habits in the body. The mind has the ultimate say - meaning, once I found my main reason for quitting, my cravings and withdrawals become less noticeable

5. Using my coaching skills, I trained (rather tested to see if it really works) my conscious mind to take control of the matter. To assist me I wrote a detailed contract/ promise letter to my future self. I also prayed to God for divine intervention

6. One more lesson I learned. All that time, I believed smoking was my rebellious way to gain control, in reality, it wasn’t. True control came when I made the conscious decision to choose selflove - life

Why am I sharing this? To hopefully inspire one person that giving up doesn’t necessarily equate to stress. If the willingness is there, and you can find YOUR reason, AND the reason carries resonance aligned with your values, then you can do it too.

Whether you’ve given up or thinking to give up, I would love to hear your story, comments or thoughts.
