When was the last time you allowed yourself to be creative?
I have asked this question a million times and a lot of the answers I get are similar to "I am not really creative" or "I don't have a creative skill" or "Ah, I don't remember... It was too long ago" or again "I don't really have time to dedicate to that".
Did you know that if your creative side is switched off, then a big portion of your brain is not allowed to express itself?
Did you know that through art you can dive deep into your instincts and subconscious and find an access point to work on yourself?
Tapping into creativity can be your chance to switch off anxiety and everyday stressors to just relax and do something enjoyable.
So the challenge of the weekend is to dedicate some time to do something creative.
Be it singing, drawing, writing, acting, sawing, knitting, cooking... Whatever makes you feel good!

Today I decide to show up.
For the past months I've been in a deep self-discovering journey, looking for answers onto what this page, this space, needs to be.
I've been looking for a perfect answer, for a perfect slogan, for a perfect plan, to put in action something so pure and beautifully imperfect that I was waiting on a breakthrough moment that probably would never arrive.
My goal and purpose in this life is to help you healing.
My deep spirituality, my personal practice, my personal development are all pieces of a big motheral, priestess-like protective feelings towards all of you who cross my energetical path.
I can't help it, my soul calls for it.
I've sat in the corner looking at the life I wanted, searching a way to find the right space for my energy to get out there in the world, to be accepted.
But more often than not what we need to do is just stop looking and work to go get it.
That's why this is now a magical healing space.
That's why this is dedicated to all of you in search of something else in the world.
That's why this is for you, who are craving wild but are too scared to open up a door onto your deepest instincts.
That's why this is for you, who are looking for a friendly and loving hand to hold while taking your leap of faith and opening up your heart and soul to your sacred and unknown self.
Here's to the wild and untamed women and men inside of you that scream to be heard and freed.

And so the days pass, work/study, eat, watch TV, sleep, repeat.
Sometimes you stare at the ceiling laying in bed, thinking about that trip that you really want to do and how you missed your chance when it came around.
Thinking about that day and how things could have gone better if only you would have been a little braver.
Thinking about that situation and how the outcome might have been different, if only you had been completely true to yourself.
How many layers do we wear like coats?
How many times we want to do something but then don't because of what people will think of us?
Or maybe simply because "it's not socially acceptable"...
Just some food for thoughts, my philosophy in life is to try and always be honest, with others and with myself.
This means listen to my instincts and own my decisions and actions.
This means saying yes when I want to do something, even if not everyone will like it, even if not everyone will understand.
"Dance as if noone is watching" is one of my favourite life mantras.
And, I would add, surround yourself with other dancers. 😉

New moon in Libra tonight at 8:30pm 💫
Great time to rebalance relationships, forgiving others and learning to make peace 🙏🏻😊
The new moon is the perfect time to start new cycles and the combination with the Libra energy will help us making sure that we rebalance our lives ❤️
Here is an easy and quick spell / ritual that you can do tonight:
1. Sit in a comfortable and quiet space, having your tools on a hard surface
2. Light a candle (red for romantic relationship, pink for friendship or selflove)
3. Light some incense - this will be the mean for harnessing air power (Libra is an air sign)
4. Think carefully about your intent and goal and then write it down on a piece of paper (be very detailed!)
5. Grab the paper and some healing crystals (like pink quartz or amethyst - optional), close your eyes and focus on what you wrote
6. Burn the paper (CAREFULLY) whilst repeating 3x "As the moon grows to become whole, so will the success of my goal"
Let your energy go out in the universe and wait for it to manifest ❤️

Throw back to my trip to for an incredible Ayahuasca ceremony.
I know I still owe you a video telling you all about it, but today I want to celebrate the incredible lesson that I carry with me after this life changing experience.
Ayahuasca has taught me that we need to go through the pain to come out happier on the other side.
For so many of us, life has been a race to avoid facing issues, to avoid feeling some difficult emotions, to avoid facing problems.
Human nature is to get into a fight or flight survival response, and many of us decide for flight as it's what we believe the easiest choice.
Unfortunately this is not always the case, running is not always the safest or wisest behaviour.
Allowing ourselves to feel is hard, but is the most effective way to heal.
Allowing ourselves to go through the process and absorbing everything that comes with it, good or bad, harsh or sweet, is the only way of growth.
Yes, you can run today, but eventually you'll get tired of running and what you have left behind will catch up with you.
So, don't be scared and face your demons when they come up for the first time.
Face them and free yourself from the control that they have on you.
Face them and then move on to a higher version of yourself, stronger, wiser and free ❤️

When the self doubt, the insecurity, the fear creaps in, remind yourself of how strong you are and how much you have accomplished until now.
Remind yourself that your progress might not be perfect, but they are still progress.
Focus your mind on what's good in your life and what you are most grateful for.
You are alive, your heart is beating, your body is still moving.
So keep moving, one step at a time, one breath at a time, towards that complete self acceptance that is pure self-love.
Keep pushing past your comfort zone, keep breaking limiting beliefs.
Be kind with yourself.
Be kind with who you are today.
Nurture your next evolution, your upcoming transformation, with love, not with hate.

One thing that I am 100% sure of is that keeping quiet is NOT the answer.
If something doesn't feel right, if something makes you feel uncomfortable, if something doesn't sit well with you... You have to talk about it with the person involved.
So many times I've been biting my tongue thinking that if I did express my concerns and emotions people would leave me.
So many times I settled my gut feeling dismissing my uneasiness and allowing people to get away with behaviours that I didn't appreciate.
So many times I have been fearing to be judged for feeling something when everybody were telling me I shouldn't.
So many times... Too many.
So today, sisters and brothers, we open our throat chakra and allow words to align to our heart and gut.
Today we speak up and give voice to those emotions that are burning inside.
Find your voice and hold onto it.
Find your voice and speak up, and if people leave you for this then you will have decluttered your life from who was not serving you anymore.
Use this as an instrument to understand who actually matters and who deserves your energy.
Embrace it. Learn how to channel it. And never let it go anymore. For anyone.

Looking for a quick way to relax in the morning?
Here's a super short and quick routine that you can add to your daily practice.
I love to do this in the morning to check in with my body, but you can go back to it every time you need it, especially during stressful moments.
Moving the body, breathing and unclenching your jaw will bring you back to the present moment and will massively reduce the stress you have accumulated.
Remember: stress is one of the major causes of western diseases and we should make sure we don't allow it to take over our lives!
Check in with yourself from time to time during the day and bring yourself present to the current moment.
Better a break at work for this quick routine than a coffee/cigarette break 😉

Another day another crystal guys!
This one is my favourite to keep on my working desk: citrine quartz.
Apart from the beautiful yellow/orange colour, it is a great support for your concentration and focus.
Not only that, but it's also great to attract wealth, prosperity and success, all things we really want when we are working hard on a project!
It is a great crystal for a starter pack and a great crystal to give as a present for someone who's studying, working, looking for a job, on a project, etc. A very all-rounded present.
Keep it on your working desk during the day, or sleep with it under your pillow if you need guidance for any of your projects.
You can also carry one in your pocket when you have an interview, an exam, a big day at work, etc.

[GUT REBOOT CHALLENGE IS HERE!!!] It's October 1st! Time to go sober for a month and give our gut the necessary time and tools for healing properly!
As mentioned a couple of weeks ago, I'm starting this process today and I would love for you to follow me!
The rules are simple:
1.No processed food - forget about ready meals, vegan burgers, bread, pasta, pastries, cake, refined sugars, anything that has massively changed shape from collection to plate! 1 month of pure and simple food will do miracles to our gut❤️
2.No alcohol, drugs, medicine (when possible) and any other chemicals - try to go as natural as possible! ☀️
3. The rule of 3: 3 meals / day with at least 3 hours in between. Intermitted fasting is recommended to give our digestive system the time to empty itself properly before eating again.❤️
4. Build your meal plate as follows: 1/4 protein, 1/4 starches, 1/2 vegetables + 1/2 cup of healthy fats and 1 portion of fruit☀️
5. One spoon of fermented food / meal + citrus water before eating to aid the acid production in our stomach❤️
6. Experiment with new recipes and get creative!☀️
Today is day 1 guys, so it will be dedicated to get ready for the month and to buy your ingredients if you need!

What happens in that moment when you allow yourself to connect to the true powers of nature?
When you lay on the grass, being grounded and supported by mother earth...
When you feel the sun on your skin, the heat that keeps us alive...
Magic happens. And healing.
We are so used to be in front of a screen that we often forget what we actually need to survive.
Today, reconnect to nature.
Go for a walk and take off your shoes.
Make sure you spend as much time in the sun as you can.
Allow the magic to happen.
Allow yourself to heal.
