April and May have both been busy yet exciting months at MYNDUP. Here’s the highlight reel...

New partnerships 🚀 We’re excited to welcome , PXC, Lawrence Stephens, and Waltham Forest College as new MYNDUP partners 👋

Mental health awareness week highlights 🌿 We kicked off May with a week full of events! Our CEO and our high performance coach hosted a webinar on the power of movement. And coach inspired partner organisations with sessions on moving more for mental health.

More events 🎤 and led a fantastic workshop on stress, burnout, and resilience.

Team fun 🎈 In April, we celebrated moving to our new office with a friendly (and in some teams, competitive) round of mini-golf. Plus, 3 MYNDUP team members ran half marathons this month. Just one more for a MYNDUP relay team 🙂

Birthday bonanza 🎂 We celebrated eight birthdays this month! That’s a lot of cake 😆
