Hi guys!
It's has been a long time !
We are having a hard time recently. This last 6 months was hard for us and probably for some of you as well. The changes in the World and all restrictions and weather doesn't work really well for us. We have received a lot of messages and had few conversations with people, and we realised that we are not alone in this crisis. Our mental health is very important, also physical. To help myself - Paulina to stay motivated, mentally healthy and be happier person I have decided to do short 30mins live workouts on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7am, to start our days better. Maybe you are in the same situation, maybe you lost your motivation, maybe you are not feeling well, maybe you are getting slowly to depression. I am here for you and myself. Join me for free workouts. Maybe it will be a way to help you and others.
I will see you on Monday morning.
All you need is water and mat. We will start slowly, so beginners are welcome, anyone are welcome 🙏🙏🙏

Protein is needed for recovery from our workouts, however it is a useful macronutrient to use when you're trying
to lose fat. Even if you have sedentary lifestytle, increasing protein will be helpful with fat loss.
Firstly, because it will keep you fuller when you're in a caloric deficit, secondly because it has thermogenic
effect which means you'll burn some calories digesting it and thirdly, it will help you to presevre the muscle
you already have. If you're building muscle then you need more protein then an average person. Of course other
factors play a huge role like overall caloric intake (for fat loss - caloric deficit, for building muscle - caloric
surplus) , hydration, workout intensity and volume, sleep and recovery. Comment below how many protein you consume
in a day and your weight.

Another happy client of mine!
Iwona is a lovely lady, but at the same she kills her workouts! She started her journey with the gym on cardio machines. Couple kgs went down but it wasn't enough for her, was getting boring and the results were not satisfying. She came to me and we started circuit training and some HIIT. She enjoyed it, worked hard and is happy from her results as I am also :)
