If trees are proven to reduce stress in humans and 60% of Slovenia is forested, doesn’t it make sense to go there for your yoga/wellness trip?

Hotel plesnick is home to two yoga teachers - one of whom is an Ayurvedic expert - so embraces a holistic approach to well being with practise that is both empowering and immune boosting.

There is also a natural pond in front of the hotel where you can swim and relax in nature. Oh and also, the barefoot kneipp path which leads from the pond to the Palenk waterfall. Not bad at all.
