How it works:
• Complete 100 squats in a class to count
• This is a milestone-based challenge, you’re tracking classes, not reps
• Earn a stamp for each milestone 🎯
• Milestones: 1, 3, … 25, 30 classes
• Check the tracker in the studio and stamp your progress
