The Good Life CIC Our mission is to provide Mental Health and Wellbeing support to those who need it most.

If you’re feeling burnt out, under pressure, or overworked, whether as a caregiver, a single parent, or just trying to manage life’s demands, we’re here to help.

96 Wellbeing sessions complete ✅

The Good Life CIC absolutely stole my heart this year. I’ve got to know so many wonderful, wonderful souls.

We finished the year, our 96th session (🤯), in the most peaceful way.

Everyone received a carefully selected gift to remind them of their inner peace. Poignant for those who have spent the year learning how to cultivate it. I even received some myself ☺️.

I am so proud of what The Good Life has achieved this year.

I am proud of everyone who came. For one session or for many.

It takes a lot to step up and know you need help and support with your wellbeing. But The Good Life is proof that slow and steady support WILL help. It WILL show you what you are capable of, that all you need is inside, and that this is available for free.

Thank you to all who have helped me on this journey. My other directors, and support team.
2026 starts with day retreats, more expert led sessions and expansion.

Finally, the biggest thank you to our funders. Who have enabled this to happen. , Chalk Cliff Trust, , The Longley Trust.

If you, or someone you know is in need of wellbeing support, please come, or share. You couldn’t be more welcomed or more loved just as you are. We are back on 5th Jan in Haywards Heath (7pm) and 7th Jan in Crawley (8pm).

Week 30.

WEEEEEK 30 guys!

That is over 60 sessions that have been delivered this year for The Good Life CIC.

Thank you to all that support and continue to show up for themselves.

Be thankful for the growth you have seen in yourself and know that it ripples in places you haven’t even considered yet.

We are planning for next year already and we have some incredible opportunities coming.

It's been 6 months.

6 months of The Good Life CIC.

48 sessions.
48 hours of commitment.
Building a community, a space for people to come and be.
Slowly getting to know each of you, supporting you in prioritising your needs.

I am so honoured that I am able to hold and create this space, and after 6 months, the results are overwhelming.

"Before I started on my “Good life” journey, I struggled with health issues which probably would have led to me needing medication as well as impacting on my daily life because of my state of mind. This is no longer the case. I am in a lot better place now and no longer struggle with my health issue, which is allowing me to lead a more fulfilling life.
I have a better understanding of myself and don’t feel that I need to make everything right for others, I can support but it’s not my sole responsibility to make others happy.
This self worth has also empowered me to speak up at work too, which has led to me feeling valued within my role.
