Life doesn’t always slow down enough for us to notice the small moments that feel good…So here’s a gentle pause to reconnect with a little more ease, lightness, and joy in a way that feels real for you.

🌈When do I naturally feel even a small sense of ease, lightness, or contentment?
🌈What tends to get in the way of me allowing myself to feel good?
🌈What is one simple thing that brings me a little bit of joy that I could allow more often?

⭐ Joy in motion…. ⭐

For the next 3 weeks, at our weekly sessions on a Wednesday, we are exploring the frequency and emotion of joy.

Periodically we take a subject and build on it week by week to really understand ourselves through it.

It can be quite complex when you don’t really feel like you feel joyfull or have things that bring you joy, so to explore it properly, we are breaking it down.

It starts by understanding, creating space and safety to receive, and then, gaining momentum into joy itself. It is quite magical when you look back at mini transformations like this.

Morning gorgeous people!
We’re moving from the quiet, reflective energy of winter into the fresh momentum of spring. A natural shift from processing and letting go, into taking gentle, intentional action (especially as we have entered Aries season!)

Here are a few reflection/journal prompts for you when you have a quiet moment.

What am I ready to act on now that the winter fog has lifted?
What did this past season teach me that I may have refused to ignore?
What would disciplined, aligned action look like this week, even if it was a small step?

Remember, not everyone is meant to 'write'. If you prefer, drawing, scribbling, contemplation, dancing, making music anything these can all be used instead of 'journalling'. What matters is that you take the time to be present with yourself and create a reflection that helps you in whatever your goals are.

96 Wellbeing sessions complete ✅

The Good Life CIC absolutely stole my heart this year. I’ve got to know so many wonderful, wonderful souls.

We finished the year, our 96th session (🤯), in the most peaceful way.

Everyone received a carefully selected gift to remind them of their inner peace. Poignant for those who have spent the year learning how to cultivate it. I even received some myself ☺️.

I am so proud of what The Good Life has achieved this year.

I am proud of everyone who came. For one session or for many.

It takes a lot to step up and know you need help and support with your wellbeing. But The Good Life is proof that slow and steady support WILL help. It WILL show you what you are capable of, that all you need is inside, and that this is available for free.

Thank you to all who have helped me on this journey. My other directors, and support team.
2026 starts with day retreats, more expert led sessions and expansion.

Finally, the biggest thank you to our funders. Who have enabled this to happen. , Chalk Cliff Trust, , The Longley Trust.

Week 30.

WEEEEEK 30 guys!

That is over 60 sessions that have been delivered this year for The Good Life CIC.

Thank you to all that support and continue to show up for themselves.

Be thankful for the growth you have seen in yourself and know that it ripples in places you haven’t even considered yet.

We are planning for next year already and we have some incredible opportunities coming.
