Calling all mindful parents, curious kids, and summer adventurers!

I’m cooking up some Well Beanz magic for the summer – playful, creative, calming yoga sessions just for children (and maybe even you too!).

Whether your little one is full of beans, feeling a little anxious, or just loves to move and stretch, I’d love to hear from you 💛

I’ve put together a super quick form to help shape what these sessions look like – from outdoor park classes to parent & child yoga, themed adventures, and calm-down workshops.

I’m so excited to share this new offering for families in East London — a Summer Mindfulness Club designed to help children slow down, connect, and thrive through yoga, breathing, games, and creative calm!

Whether your child needs a space to unwind, move mindfully, or just enjoy something a little different this summer — this club is all about joy, confidence, and inner calm ✨

🧘 What to Expect:
✔ Mindful movement and yoga
✔ Relaxation & breathing games
✔ Creative mindfulness activities
✔ A peaceful, playful summer vibe 🌼

💷 £22 per session (2 hours) or 3 for £55
📅 Dates and age groups to be announced soon
