It was a sad day at the EHG HQ last Friday!

Our dear Vinnie is going on to pastures new (with a much warmer climate), and we sadly had to say goodbye... for now, at least!

When Vinnie joined Eleventh Hour Group, he wasn’t just looking for a new role, he was looking for a place where quality and care mattered, not just to clients, but to the people delivering it. He found that here.

Over the years, Vinnie has become a defining figure at EHG. Calm, empathetic, and steadfast, he led the Temporary Staffing Team with a people-first ethos, building trust, loyalty, and resilience.

He mentored, supported, and empowered every team member he encountered.

Vinnie’s leadership wasn’t measured by speed or output alone; it was measured by how people felt. He created a culture of respect, collaboration, and even fun, showing that high-pressure work and genuine human care can coexist.

As he steps into his next chapter, we celebrate not just his accomplishments, but the legacy he leaves: stronger teams, lasting relationships, and a reminder that leadership is ultimately about people.

Meet Rosie, EHG’s Payroll Executive.

Lively, dynamic, and endlessly proactive, Rosie brings incredible energy and precision to everything she does. Her approach to work embodies EHG’s core values. Integrity, accountability and care come naturally to her. Rosie is the kind of team member who gets the job done before you even have to ask. She is always finding smarter, more efficient ways to improve our systems and processes.

Rosie’s ‘out-of-the-box’ thinking has been instrumental in helping our finance department evolve at the rapid growth of Eleventh Hour Group. Her combination of creativity and reliability ensures our operations stay seamless, even as we scale at pace.

When asked what makes her proud to be EHG, Rosie explained:

We spoke to Greta from our Compliance Team to explore how she feels about her role within the Compliance Team, and what makes her Proud to Be EHG.

As a Senior Care Coordinator, Eddie plays a vital role in making sure every complex care package is not just delivered, but truly works for the people it’s designed to support.

She knows that when we step in to help someone, we’re not only supporting them, we’re also supporting their families, their loved ones, and their wider community.

But over the last twelve months, the results spoke for themselves, and our audit results were as follows:

Meet Dan, Business Development Executive in our Complex Care team here at Eleventh Hour Group.

After supporting the NHS through COVID, Dan saw just how stretched and under-supported parts of the care system had become, especially for vulnerable children and adults.

That experience changed everything.
⚡️ It led him to ask: Where can real change happen?
💬 And after a year of searching, he found the answer in EHG.

At Eleventh Hour, Dan partners with Local Authorities across the country to design and deliver complex care packages that genuinely put people first.

Meet Alex, Senior Recruitment Consultant in our Temporary Staffing Team at Eleventh Hour Group.

Alex is part of the reason NHS hospitals across the UK choose Eleventh Hour Group again and again when staffing gets tough.

As part of our dedicated Temporary Staffing team, Alex plays a hands-on role in ensuring safe and reliable staffing for clinical services across the country, from general wards to ICU, paediatrics, mental health units and beyond.

We’re not just here to respond to short-notice requests (though we do that, and we do it well). We work proactively to build deep, trusted relationships with both clients and clinicians. And Alex is brilliant at both.

He takes the time to understand each client’s service pressures, whether it’s covering maternity leave on a renal ward, supporting a vaccination programme, or sourcing PICU-trained staff for children’s intensive care. His placements aren’t just fast, they’re thoughtful, values-aligned, and safe.

He’s also a real support to our candidates, making sure they’re not just booked, but briefed, backed, and respected.

Because when Alex and the team get it right, hospitals run more smoothly, patients get better care, and clinical teams feel better supported.

Supporting Our Country’s Most Vulnerable People: A Behind the Scenes Look

Aaliyah, our incredible Team Manager, lifts the lid on what it really takes to deliver urgent solo care in the community. 24/7 dedication. Clinical precision. Deep empathy.

This is what leadership looks like at Eleventh Hour Group.

It's tough supporting some of the UK's most vulnerable individuals, but Aaliyah and our Complex Care team do it with the greatest determination, and respect for individuals' dignity and physical liberty. All the while knowing that it is the individuals who need us the most that are at the heart of everything we do.

It is our core purpose to ensure safe environments for their vulnerable service users, adults and children alike, and bring peace of mind to their families.

We shadowed Aaliyah and her team to explore what an average day can look like. On this particular one it started early, and with a major event where a Local Authority had experienced a placement breakdown, and needed our support to step in. It is our ethos that we will step in when others step away to provide a safe and secure environment for people with the greatest need.
