My name is Jolanta Kruczynski and I am a Qualified Life, Personal Performance Accredited Coach who holds a BSc Degree in Social Pedagogy. I have gained knowledge in Psychology, experiencing the power of transformation and working on my own self-awareness during my studies. This has shaped me into who I am now in my personal and professional life. My path in coaching takes me into the field of Neurodiversity. I am a mother of two beautiful children and totally relate to the reality of juggling the demands of caring responsibilities, energy and resources often leaves you with little time to take care of your own wellbeing. It is close to my heart to support and help parents of ADHD children to build self-compassion and resilience, when experiencing signs of parental burnout. I strictly follow the ICF's Code of Ethics and ensure compliance with GDPR in my coaching practice. I offer you:
