Absolute pleasure treating this lovely patient who was unhappy with her smile. Four porcelain veneers were custom designed and fitted. The beauty of this case was that the preparation was absolutely minimal. Upper right lateral incisor had no preparation and the other lateral very slightly shortened. Upper centrals also very minimal preparation. .sandford

Pleasure treating this lovely patient who was also so patient and waited around 10 months before his final smile completed. Upper left canine was removed and grafted (unable place implant immediately) Few months later, two implant placed on upper left canine and premolar. Waited again few months for implant to integrate, then I had expose the implant as had second round of grafting. Then we treat other front 4 teeth with crowns and upper premolars had no prep veneers, meaning that there was no grinding of teeth structure. Very happy patient very pleased with the outcome .sandford

It was pleasure treating this lovely patient and assisting her with her new smile. Upper incisors were removed and replaced with two implants and four unit bridge, bite was raised and few crowns placed on upper back teeth to create this smile. It may not appear a complicated case but from surgical phase all the way to final, was extremely challenging and needed a lot of planning. Our lovely patient so pleased with result and commented that she never had such smile in her life and never smiled with confidence before. It is life changing I think and worth all the work and planning, very rewarding 🙏🏽🙏🏽 .sandford
