This month, our residents took a joyful trip down memory lane as we celebrated the legendary Dean Martin, known as The King of Cool.
The session featured a heartfelt speech from our amazing resident ambassador, followed by a fun quiz and group discussion. We ended the afternoon singing along to some of Dean’s most loved hits. 🎵💬🎙
The room was beautifully decorated with vinyl records and colourful posters, setting the perfect scene for a musical tribute that sparked smiles, conversations, and lovely memories. 💿💛A big thank you to everyone who joined and helped make this session so special! 🌟

We had a fantastic time at celebrating Mocktail Day🍸 here at Hill House ! Residents and team members came together to enjoy some refreshing Pina Colada 🍹and Mojitos🍸, all alcohol-free and full of flavour !

It was a lovely afternoon spent in the garden, filled with sunshine , and the sweet taste of summer . Their smiles say it all !

What a fantastic day we had at Hill House’s Fun & Games Day on 9th July! 🎉

It was a joy to welcome residents, staff, and families from Brunswick Court, Field House, Erskine Hall, Kilfilan House, and The Arkley.
Coming together under one shared event reminded us of the strength in unity and the power of teamwork. 💙
From the cheerful competitions to the meaningful connections made, the day was filled with laughter, encouragement, and community spirit. We were proud to be supported by senior management, who not only joined us but also stepped in as judges and helped present the prizes adding an extra touch of celebration and recognition. 🏅
This day also marked 40 years of Bupa Care Homes, and it was the perfect occasion to reflect on the care, compassion, and dedication that unite us all.
A heartfelt thank you to every home, every team member, and every resident who took part you’ve shown just how wonderful we are when we work together. 🌟

🎉 Bupa’s 40th Anniversary Celebration in the Garden 🎉

We had such a lovely day celebrating Bupa’s 40th anniversary right here in our garden! It was a special event filled with sunshine, laughter, great company and so many happy faces. Our residents really enjoyed the atmosphere we had music playing , tasty food and even a fun little quiz about what happened 40 years ago which brought lots of smiles and memories! 😊

It was amazing to see so many people from our local community and volunteers come along to be part of this big day. Everyone got involved and the energy was just beautiful. From the red hats and sunglasses to the photo frame fun 📸 every moment felt special. We’re so thankful to everyone who helped make it happen and who joined us. Here’s to many more years of care, joy and memories together! 🥂

We held a special educational session where we proudly celebrated both Father’s Day and King Charles III’s Birthday 👑💐.
Our lovely history teacher shared fascinating facts about famous fathers around the world, the history of Father’s Day, and how it’s celebrated across cultures. Residents enjoyed a quiz and lots of engaging, interactive materials, which made the learning experience even more fun and lively! 🧠🎤📖
The atmosphere was full of smiles, reflection, and appreciation for all the incredible fathers past and present 💙🎁🍰.Thank you to everyone who made this event so special!
