🌟 Who else experiences that age-old issue where you get to the end of the day and despite running around like a headless chicken, you feel like you haven't achieved a thing? 🌟

This has been a recurring theme in my life for years, both at work and at home and I was tired of letting it get me down.

Recently, I've embraced a bit of mindfulness to help. Whenever I complete a task, it goes on my "Ta-Da" list. This is separate from my To-Do list, allowing me to focus on achievements without getting distracted or disheartened by unfinished tasks.

πŸŽ‰ Anything can make the Ta-Da list, big or small. If it took effort, it's worth celebrating! πŸŽ‰

I've diarised 10 minutes at the end of each day to reflect on my Ta-Da list. Then, in a practice inspired by the wonderful Mel Robbins, I walk to a mirror, smile and give myself a high 10 πŸ™Œ - Trust me..it might feel odd at first, however the positive wellbeing benefits are truly impactful, leaving me with a warm fuzzy feeling and a restful night's sleep.
