1. Close your right nostril with your thumb, inhale through your left nostril (4 counts)
2.Hold (for a count of 2).�3. Close your left nostrilwith your ring finger, exhale through your right nostril (4 counts).
4. Inhale through your right nostril (4 counts).
5. Hold briefly again.
6. Close your right nostril, exhale through your left nostril (4 counts).
That's one round!
