💖 But often the body is simply exhausted by the end of the day.
Think about a typical day.
Busy morning.
Work, responsibilities, stress.
Very little time to eat properly.
By evening the body is tired and the brain is looking for quick comfort and energy.
This is where hormones also play a role.
Stress hormones during the day.
Blood sugar changes from irregular meals.
Fatigue from poor sleep.
All of this can make evening cravings feel very strong.
So the solution is not always “try harder”.
Sometimes the real solution is:
✔ eating balanced meals earlier
✔ giving the body enough energy
✔ creating small evening routines that calm the nervous system
When we understand what the body needs, habits become much easier to change.
