The ten biggest mistakes made by women entrepreneurs.
- By Clare Honeyfield

1. Not starting because you’re not ready.

I don’t know who needs to hear this today, but you will never be ready. Start now, and get perfect later. After five years you might start to feel you’re beginning to feel ready. That five years will pass anyway.

2. Giving up before the magic happens

Whilst I understand it can feel like you are speaking into the void, your ideal clients are out there just waiting to hear from you. Keep on enthusiastically sharing your truth until they find you. If you have an idea and you’re passionate about it, keep showing up, keep putting the work in and keep believing in your project. Be patient, and trust the process.

3. Not being clear on your values

Success depends on rapid decision-making. Being clear on your values makes every decision simple. “Does this align with my values?” “Yes”? Then I’ll do it” Then you just have to decide when putting it in the calendar and take action.

RAGING Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) in Perimenopause
Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is believed to affect around 60% of women.

And it can really ramp up in perimenopause.

OR maybe even hit you for the first time. This can be overwhelming, intense, and challenging.

Fluctuating levels of hormones can trigger changes in mood, increase anxiety and feelings of
irritation and even rage.
These hormonal changes can also cause symptoms such as bloating, food cravings,
headaches, changes in bowel movements, and sore breasts.

In fact, there are so many potential symptoms, it is impossible to cover them all in one post…

PMS often happens in the week leading up to your period, and for the first few days of
bleeding. However, if you are no longer ovulating, you may also find that you feel worse towards the end of your period as you will no longer be benefitting from the calming effects of progesterone.
