Nothing beats this! 💙 Coffee, clients, sea, sunshine and family time… all the things I love. Not necessarily in that order! 😉

I took a few days off from posting to enjoy the precious time away with my family. I’ve still been doing remote follow-up consultations with my clients on The Food Effect Method Program because...

1. I genuinely love my work and never find the client side draining! (unlike social media which can be)

2. It doesn’t detract from my joy when balanced with family time. Everyone is different - my work is my passion and it doesn’t relax me to cut off from it completely (aside from on Shabbat).

3. I’m committed to providing the best service to all my clients and don’t “disappear” when I’m away!

WORTH IT INDULGENCE 🍰 Not a fat-free, sugar-free, dairy-free cheesecake. I enjoy the REAL DEAL!! Here’s why…

I don’t often indulge in refined sugar filled cakes, cookies and sweets. And don’t recommend for anyone to in excess on the daily!

Absolutely NOTHING to do with weight. The things I eat as my every day staples (nuts, nut butter, hummus, tahini, avocado…) are FAR more calorific.

Refined sugar filled-foods just don’t make me feel good. And because I never feel hungry or restricted eating The Food Effect way, I don’t often crave unhealthy processed sugary foods. Because I’m always satisfied, and I LOVE the foods I eat. My clients express the same once they begin eating this way.

That being said, REAL decadent cheesecake is something I totally adore and will most definitely enjoy, especially on Shavuot, a festival that comes around once a year!

I love it, so I have it! ZERO GUILT!!

I enjoy every mouthful. I don’t worry or stress about it after, I just get back to my usual way of eating. And that’s exactly how I teach my clients to eat.

Learning to eat this way also eliminates the all too common “binge, restrict” cycle that I see so many clients coming to see me to help them overcome.

So ENJOY YOUR CHEESECAKE (or whatever your worthwhile indulgence is!) No guilt!

Eat it. Enjoy! Move on. Love life! That’s The Food Effect Method Way 😘💚💖

Some recent Food Effect Method meals sent to me by my amazing clients! 🙌🏽💚💖

Quick Note: The Food Effect Method doesn’t require any cooking if you don’t want to or don’t have time!

If any of these meals seem like too much effort, know that I mainly provide SUPER SIMPLE meal ideas that you can whip up in MINUTES — think eggs, hummus or cottage cheese on rice cakes topped with sliced tomato and avocado. 🧚🏼‍♀️ It’s all about making it work for YOU! And that’s exactly what I do!

And if you love cooking and trying new recipes, I can provide exactly that (while losing weight!) too.

These snapshots are from a mixture of clients who either love to cook, don’t have time to cook but love getting creative in the kitchen when they do, or sent me pics of their delicious healthy hotel breakfasts while away on holiday.

We all approach eating differently, and that’s a wonderful thing!

🌟 Late night Peanut Butter Stuffed Dates

🌟 The Food Effect Hummus Stuffed Dates - created years ago… still a staple!

🌟 Pistachio Butter and Pecan Stuffed Dates

🌟 Cream Cheese stuffed dates topped with Walnuts drizzled with Honey or Date Syrup… divine!

Countless more delicious (and more decadent!) stuffed date combos, but these are some of my simple go-to’s when I want a quick and easy, delicious, satisfying snack!

And all are in from Day 1 on The Food Effect Method - even if you’re looking to lose weight.
