We’re proud to launch Be Happie- Chef of the Year, Advinia Healthcare’s first organisation-wide culinary competition, created to celebrate the passion, creativity, and talent of our incredible catering teams.

From regional heats to a grand final, our chefs will showcase their skills, with winning dishes featured on Advinia menus for residents to enjoy. Even more importantly, residents will play a central role in judging, ensuring their voices and preferences remain at the heart of the competition!

Residents and team came together to celebrate Christmas Jumper Day at Parklands Court - Advinia Health Care, filling the home with music, laughter, and plenty of festive cheer. Advanced Dementia Training at Advinia

An incredibly meaningful and insightful day as our team took part in advanced dementia training led by Sarah Merriman, Head of Dementia.

Through Sarah’s expertise, and her powerful personal experiences, colleagues gained a deeper understanding of how the brain changes, how dementia affects communication, and how we can better support residents through compassionate, person-centred interaction.

This specialist training will be delivered to every Advinia colleague, strengthening our ability to provide exceptional care and offering invaluable support to residents and their families.

Our teams continue to grow, learn, and develop, all to improve the lives of our residents each and every day.

South Home Managers Meeting & Christmas Meal

We spent the day catching up, sharing smiles, and celebrating the incredible people who make our homes such special places.
And of course… we ended with a festive meal, laughter, and a well-deserved toast to an amazing year.
