You were taught to be calm.
To be quiet.
To be “good.”
So where did your anger go?
It didn’t disappear.
It went into your body.
Unexpressed emotions don’t just fade…
they get stored.
In your jaw.
In your chest.
In your womb.
In your gut.
And over time, what is not felt and released
can turn into tension, exhaustion, anxiety…
and yes, even physical symptoms and illness.
Rage is not the problem.
Suppression is.
Your anger is life force.
Your voice is medicine.
Your expression is release.
When you scream, cry, shake, or move your body,
you are not “losing control”
you are letting your body complete what it couldn’t before.
This is how the nervous system unwinds.
This is how the body clears.
The feminine was never meant to hold it all in.
She was meant to feel, move, express, release.
Start small if you need to:
• Scream into a pillow
• Shake your body for 2 minutes
• Let sound come out without censoring
• Hit a cushion and feel your anger safely
This is not chaos.
This is healing.
If you’ve been holding everything in…
release practice you can start today.
