In light of the government using the Access to Work scheme as one of the major routes on which it intends to rely to bring people with disabilities into the workplace, the current state of affairs highlighted in this article is very concerning.
As a business run by people with disabilities for people with disabilities, we are all too aware of the devastating impact such failings in the system are having on the lives and prospects of the people who rely on it to both carry out and keep their employment.
