Hi all, Happy New Year! ✨

I’m a Physiotherapist based in Croydon, Beckenham and Bromley. I specialise in sports & musculoskeletal injuries and cardiorespiratory rehabilitation. I have over 5 years experience and have worked in the NHS, private clinics and football clubs.

I have recently opened a few clinic days at Reshapefitness Beckenham, 84a High St, BR3 1ED. I’m available at Reshape on Tues-Thurs by appointment only. Mobile services are also available upon request.

I provide assessments and treatments such as exercise rehabilitation, 1-1 mat Pilates, sports & deep tissue massage, dry cupping, stretching and a specialised combined therapy methods - a body MOT.

Physiotherapy and massage treatments are available as packages. I also offer a massage membership where you can get a 60 min massage 2-6 times a month. I also provide a day hire service too.
