Schedule a morning date with yourself.
How we behave after waking up has a powerful impact on setting the tone for the day. It can boost your mood, relax your body-mind, set the ground for creative solutions and ideas, help with digestion, regulate your nervous system, and it's also pleasant and fun.
No phones, no screens, no schedule.
Eat slowly, stay in silence, then maybe turn on elevating/grounding music, dance, eat slowly, stay at the table/chair for longer, spend time under the sky, journal, take a bath. Simply do what you love and nourishes you.
This can last for hours if you want. Experiment, see what you like, what works.
Repeat it every now and then, maybe once a week or once a month. Make sure to allocate time for it rather than leaving it to chance. Book it in your agenda as you would with a friend or partner.
