Hey You, I honestly can't tell you how delighted I am before coaching.

I do take a quiet few minutes before I begin, today its Week 1 of the new March Group of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.

So before the Zoom room fills, before the introductions begin, I take a moment to arrive myself. in exact manner I tell you in these posts .....

I notice my feet on the floor.
I notice my body on the chair.
I take a few steady breaths.

Teaching mindfulness isn’t about performing or getting it perfect. It’s about being present enough to meet the people in front of me, their stories, their stress, their courage in showing up.

So these few minutes are for me to settle my own nervous system, soften my shoulders, and come back to that place of calm and delight that you can see in my smile.

Then I’m ready to hold the space for the group. 💜

Hey you.
Stop scrolling for a moment.
When was the last time you actually paused… instead of pushing through?
Most of us move through the day on autopilot, carrying stress in the body without even noticing.
The world asks you to do, to change , to move, to constantly be productive.
Mindfulness doesn’t ask you to do anything, it doesnt even ask you to empty your mind.
It simply invites you to BE, just as you are, just in the moment, where you already are.
Try this short practice with me.
Save it for the moments when life feels a bit too loud and too demanding. 💜💜

Hey you, hows your sleep these nights? Bedtime used to be when my brain got loudest.
Replaying conversations.
Planning worst-case scenarios.
Trying to “figure everything out.”
What I’ve learned through mindfulness and nervous system work is this:
Nighttime anxiety isn’t a thinking problem.
It’s a safety problem.
When the world goes quiet, the body finally realises how wired it’s been all day.
Now I don’t try to win against my thoughts.
I regulate first.
Hand on heart.
Hand on belly.
Longer exhales.
And a gentle reminder:
You don’t have to fix your whole life tonight.
If bedtime is when your mind speeds up, save this and try it tonight 💜

Mindfulness isn’t about escaping stress or forcing calm.

It’s about learning practical skills that help your body and mind respond differently — with more choice, steadiness, and care.
