Hey you.
Stop scrolling for a moment.
When was the last time you actually paused… instead of pushing through?
Most of us move through the day on autopilot, carrying stress in the body without even noticing.
The world asks you to do, to change , to move, to constantly be productive.
Mindfulness doesn’t ask you to do anything, it doesnt even ask you to empty your mind.
It simply invites you to BE, just as you are, just in the moment, where you already are.
Try this short practice with me.
Save it for the moments when life feels a bit too loud and too demanding. 💜

Hey you,
If you’re holding everything together on the outside…
but still feeling that quiet exhaustion underneath,
this is for you.

That constant “on” feeling doesn’t just disappear because you’ve noticed it.
It settles when you give your nervous system regular moments to pause
not once… but consistently.

That’s what most people are missing.
Not more information.
Not another quick fix.
Just a simple way to come back to themselves… regularly.

So I’ve created something to support exactly that.

It’s called Mindset Reset.
A monthly space to pause, breathe, and gently step out of the noise of life.
One hour together each month.
A guided audio to support you in between.

Simple.
Doable.
Sustainable.

And all for less than a cup of coffee a month.

If you’ve been feeling that quiet “I need something to shift”…

DM me RESET for details 💜

Eat. Sleep. Stress. Repeat. 😩

Ever feel like every day is the same — running on autopilot, juggling work, life, and endless to-dos… but still too exhausted to sleep or take care of yourself?

You know what you “should” do for self-care, but when stress hits, it’s hard to follow through. That’s your nervous system stuck in fight-or-flight mode — not a lack of willpower.

Swipe through for a simple, evidence-based tip to interrupt the cycle and reset your system in just a few breaths. 🌿

✨ If this resonates, clink the link in bio to watch the free MBSR Taster Session replay to see how mindfulness can help you break the overwhelm cycle and build calm, clarity, and resilience.

Hey you,
Ever noticed how you can do something really good for yourself…
and then slowly drift away from it?
Mindfulness.
Exercise.
Rest.

You start with intention.
And then life gets busy again.

I see this all the time after people complete an Mindfulness Based Stress Reducction programme.
They feel calmer.
More aware.
More like themselves.

And then…
Work picks up.
Old habits creep back.
The pause disappears.

Not because it didn’t work.
But because life didn’t stop.
That’s exactly why I created something a little different.

Im so excited to announcing The Monthly Mindset Reset, coming soon!

Hey you,
Have you ever spent an entire walk arguing with someone… and realised it was just you in your own head?

Yesterday I was walking one of my favourite routes with my fluffy companion. Nature everywhere. Fresh air. Quiet.

And yet… I wasn’t there at all.

For nearly an hour my mind had me completely captured, replaying things, analysing things, creating stories and honestly it wasn't a pleasant place to be. I was literally tormenting myself.

Meanwhile my dog was having the time of her life. No inner critic. No commentary.
Just sniffing everything in sight and living her best day.

The fascinating thing is the brain can actually find this strangely compelling. The brain thinks it’s protecting us. But sometimes it’s just keeping us stuck in our own head.

However, you can stop that negative Nancy, with mindfulness and awareness, we can notice when this is happening… and gently step out of the spiral.

These days it still happens to me sometimes, like yesterday. But nowhere near as often as it used to. And when it does, I know how to turn down the volume on that inner critic.

If your mind sometimes feels like it’s running its own tormenting commentary track on life…
You’re not broken. You’re human. And you can learn how to work with your mind rather than against it.

DM me if you’re curious about learning these skills in the next MBSR cohort.
