🌼 Why Baby-Led Massage?

•Our classes are 100% baby-led, meaning your baby sets the pace. We gently introduce massage techniques while respecting your baby’s mood, needs, and comfort at all times.

There’s no “right way” to be in class—whether your baby needs a cuddle, a feed, or a nap, that’s perfectly okay. Crying is communication, not disruption. You are encouraged to respond to your baby however feels right for you.

🌼What does this mean for you as a parent?

•You don’t need to worry if your baby cries or won’t settle.
You’re free to pause, feed, change, or just hold & cuddle your baby at any time.
Your baby’s well-being is always the top priority.
This is a nurturing, supportive space—for both you and your baby.

Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week is a crucial moment to recognize the emotional and psychological challenges that mothers face and to advocate for better support systems.
From postpartum depression to anxiety and birth-related trauma, maternal mental health issues affect countless women worldwide. Yet, too often, stigma and misconceptions keep mothers suffering in silence. It’s time to change that narrative.
