My name is Amy and I live in Crystal Palace with my husband and two young boys. I am completely passionate about working with and supporting parents-to-be. It is such a privilege to play a part in each incredible journey. As a first time mum, I was recommended to go to NCT antenatal classes, which my husband and I found extremely informative and fun. After the classes we felt confident approachin

g birth and parenthood and met some great people locally who have become lifelong friends. When I became pregnant again I really wanted to have a calm and positive birth experience, so after lots of research we attended a Hypnobirthing course. My second birth was such a positive experience: calm, relaxed and I actually enjoyed it. My experiences have inspired and driven me to support other parents-to be become confident as they approach birth and parenthood. Both NCT classes and hypnobirthing helped us in so many ways and I am now thrilled that I can help others at such a special time.
